PowerDNN does retain customer information — including personally identifiable data and visitor / traffic statistics — indefinitely on secure servers for internal business use and analytics purposes. PowerDNN has certified that it adheres to the Safe Harbor Privacy Principles of notice, choice, onward transfer, security, data integrity, access, and enforcement. E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield
Managed.com (and its parent / subsidiary companies: SY Holdings LLC, PowerDNN, AppZone, DeveloperMatch, etc.) participates in and has certified its compliance with the E.U.-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework. Managed.com is committed to subjecting all personal data received from European Union (EU) member countries, in reliance on the Privacy Shield Framework, to the Framework's applicable Principles. Managed.com is responsible for the processing of personal data it receives, under the Privacy Shield Framework, and subsequently transfers to a third party acting as an agent on its behalf. Managed.com complies with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of personal data from the EU, including the onward transfer liability provisions.

With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Framework, Managed.com is subject to the regulatory enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. Use of Your Personal Information

Managed.com collects and uses your personal information to operate the Managed.com website and deliver the services you have requested. Managed.com also uses your personal information to inform you of other products or services that may be available from Managed.com and/or its affiliates.

Testimonials
We post customer testimonials, statements, and/or other similar items (collectively “Testimonial” or “Testimonials”) on our website which may contain personal information. Generally, we obtain the customer’s consent via email prior to posting the Testimonial. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your personal information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why.

Newsletters
When you register for an account, we will use your name and email address to send periodic emails to you of both promotional and transactional natures. Service-Related Announcements

Restrictions and Limitations
Managed.com does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties. Managed.com may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your personal information will not be transferred to the third party. In addition, Managed.com may share data with trusted third parties to help us perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, arrange for deliveries, process credit card payments, provide customer support, provide additional support via Live Chat to assist you if you have questions while using our site, or regarding your order. Ensuring that your information is up to date and accurate is important and your responsibility. Tracking Technologies
Managed.com and its partners use cookies or similar technologies. These technologies are used in analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies on an individual as well as aggregated basis.
